With over 12 years of Industry experience within Australia and Europe Daniel Movrin's career has spread across Weddings, Fashion Runway, Editorial and Television.
After completing his Diploma in Makeup and Special effects, Daniel began his makeup career in retail cosmetics, working for one of the world’s largest and prestigious cosmetic brands. It was here where he learnt to master his craft and created his own signature style of makeup. As he grew within the brand, Daniel was able to move to London where he spent a year working in store and for major events such as London Fashion Week, Swarovski Fashion Rocks and Paris Fashion Week. During the time in London Daniel was a key artist working on many celebrity clients.
On his return to Australia, Daniel was picked up as part of the artistry team for Project Runway Australia (Season 2), completing looks for the runway each week.
Daniel’s next step was to become more of an educator and wanted to pass on his knowledge to new and aspiring makeup artists. It’s here where he joined another leading cosmetic brand and soon became State Leader for Training and Education in Victoria and South Australia.In the midst of this, Daniel continued to work in Bridal and special occasion makeup, running a mobile makeup service catering for individuals on their special day.Daniel’s makeup philosophy is to ensure YOU feel and look the best. We will discuss and collaborate on the look together, ensuring you are comfortable each step of the way.
